Agreement between Randy Kessler (“Athlete”) and Weekend Warrior (“Brand”)
Purpose: This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the use of Randy Kessler's name, image, and likeness (NIL) in social media posts by Weekend Warrior.
Scope of Licensing: Randy Kessler grants Weekend Warrior the right to use Randy Kessler's NIL in connection with social media posts promoting [product/service]. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of Randy Kessler's name, image, likeness, and endorsements in social media advertisements and promotional materials.
Term of Agreement: This agreement will commence on [start date] and will continue until [end date].
Compensation: Weekend Warrior will pay Randy Kessler [amount] for the use of their NIL in connection with social media posts during the term of this agreement. This amount will be paid in [frequency, e.g. monthly, quarterly].
