What is the consumer's decision-making process?

The first step in the decision-making process for a consumer is to identify a need or want.

The second step is identifying what products are available to fulfill this need or want.

The third and final step in the decision-making process, as it pertains to consumers, is selecting from among those options that have been identified.

And lastly, there's the purchase and post-purchase evaluation!
