Make sure you include your faculty!  Students love to see teachers outside of the classroom, and this is the perfect opportunity.

Fan Fun events for the faculty (or administration) are the same as those used for fans and the teams. You may select an event with teachers competing against each other, or maybe one with faculty going against a member of the administration.  Imagine a shooing contest between a teacher and the principal!

You may also select a teacher that has a hidden talent and surprise your fans.  I once saw a teacher with a reputation of being pretty "nerdy" get on the court in a shooting contest, and he didn't miss a shot!

I would caution you against having faculty and staff participate in events that can result in embarrassment or humiliation.  It may backfire against you.  Choose your participants carefully. Not everyone has a sense of humor!
